New February Evening Classes

TRX Class

TRX

The TRX is a suspension training apparatus that can be used for all abilities and skill levels to improve strength and fitness. It is an amazing tool to incorporate into your workout routine! Our TRX class will go over the core foundations of this amazing training system. We will slowly introduce the basic concepts of this style of exercise while progressing through to more complex movements to help you achieve a strong understanding of this apparatus. Our main goal is to help you achieve confidence in your body while using the TRX!

Dates: February 3 – February 28

Times: Monday and Thursday 6-7pm

Duration: Twice a week for 4-weeks

Instructor: Kirsten Gatling

Participants: Limited to four participants

Cost: $120 ($15/class)

 

HIIT Class
(High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT battle ropes

This class will educate members how to utilize High Intensity Interval training as part of your aerobic conditioning routine. HIIT training has many proven benefits including weight loss, heart health, reversing aging in the brain while also improving our bodies ability to retain muscle mass as we age.  Each class will include a focused warm up, workout and cool down while educating members how to program and implement HIIT techniques into their training. Workouts are easily scalable to match all levels.

Dates: February 3 – February 28

Times: Tuesday and Friday 6-7pm

Duration: Twice a week for 4-weeks
